Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to reserve all warehouse access appointments and cap sack inventory. Deposits are non refundable and applied toward your final purchase.
Warehouse access appointments begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend your session.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. One reschedule is permitted per booking.
Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to show will result in deposit forfeiture.
Cap sack reservations are held specifically for you upon booking and must be picked up within 3 days. Unclaimed inventory after 3 days will be released and the deposit forfeited.
